I know how heavy these burdens can feel and how exhausting it is to act like you have it all together. In therapy, I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can better understand yourself, make sense of your story, and begin to let go of what’s been weighing you down.
I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, parenting challenges, and adult children of emotionally immature parents. Using a collaborative and holistic approach, I integrate EMDR, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help you process difficult experiences, break unhelpful cycles, and build skills that support meaningful change in your daily life.
Together, we’ll identify your goals, strengthen your sense of self, and work toward creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
