Hello! My name is Charity Ghitalla and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in the St. Louis, MO area. I have over 12 years of experience working in the mental health field and have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space for people to process their emotions including anxiety, depression and fear. I am a solution focused therapist and use several modalities including CBT, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I collaborate with my clients to assist them in identifying their goals and developing a plan to improve their lives. I am a Board Certified Bariatric Counselor and have a special interest in helping clients navigate medical transitions/new diagnosis, obesity/ bariatric issues, body positivity, weight inclusivity and developing a healthy lifestyle.
