Welcome to a safe space where acceptance, and healing begins. I am a licensed professional counselor and feel privileged to collaborate with individuals seeking to gain greater self-awareness and find more peace in their life. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and take an eclectic approach, one that recognizes each individual as a human being with distinct needs, strengths and desires. I am committed to supporting you every step of the way as you embark on the journey of self-compassion, empowerment, and growth.
My experience includes working with individuals with various trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and adoption.
Education: I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Sciences with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Mental Health Counseling. I graduated with both my B.A. and M.A from Webster University in Missouri.
